Memory to Video Productions has filmed hundreds of lacrosse events in just the last few years – from full games to clinics to tournaments, showcases and more.

Our signature style, honed and preached by MVP owner Joey Delgado of ESPN, features a complete view of the setup and closeups when the action demands it. If it happens in a game, we will record it. Penalty, save, goal, great save, whatever the case may be … it will be recorded by us and you’ll get to see it again and again.

Lacrosse Highlight Reel & Recruiting Video FAQ

Lacrosse filming, highlight reels, and recruiting videos — filmed at games, clinics, tournaments & showcases. Local service in Connecticut & Michigan; editing for athletes nationwide.

What do college coaches want to see in a lacrosse recruiting video?

A great lacrosse recruiting video opens with a slate (name, grad year, position, jersey #, contact) and 2–5 minutes of impact plays. Show full sequences and IQ: dodges and feeds (attack/mid), approaches/footwork & caused turnovers (defense/LSM), clears/rides & transition, ground balls, and special teams. For goalies, include angles, hands, rebounds, outlets, and communication. Keep the scoreboard/time visible, and use spot-shadow or arrow to ID the player quickly.

How long should a lacrosse highlight reel be and how should I structure it?

Most highlight reels land at 2–5 minutes with ~20–30 clips. Lead with your best plays, then group by skill: dodges (split/roll/question-mark), shooting release, transition, GBs, caused turnovers, clears & rides. Include 1–2 complete possessions when possible. Use slow-motion sparingly to emphasize reads or technique; keep graphics clean and readable.

Can you film my lacrosse games, or can I send footage you’ll edit?

Both. We film locally across CT & MI (full games, clinics, tournaments, showcases). Already have Hudl/YouTube/raw files? Send them and we’ll stabilize, color-correct, and cut a coach-ready lacrosse recruiting video. Capture tips: shoot 1080p/60fps, landscape, elevated at midfield, avoid heavy zoom and fence lines.

Do you create position-specific lacrosse highlight reels?

Yes. Attack/Midfield: dodges, feeds, off-ball cuts, two-man game. Defense/LSM: approaches, footwork, checks, CTs, slides, recoveries. Goalie highlight reels: stance, saves, rebounds, outlets, clears. FOGO: draw wins, counters, exits. Girls/Women’s lacrosse included—rules/skills respected in the edit. Optional stat overlays and telestration available.

What’s the turnaround and how do you deliver my video?

Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days after we receive footage; rush (24–48h) available in-season. Deliverables: downloadable MP4 plus links ready for YouTube/Hudl. We can supply a coach-friendly version (no music, clean lower-thirds) and optional vertical cuts for social.
